Algemene Voorwaarden
De eerlijke, in gewone taal geschreven regels voor het boeken van een reis naar Marokko bij ons. Als hier iets onduidelijk is, gewoon vraag het ons voordat u een aanbetaling doet.
1. Who we are
Casablanca Airport Transfers is operated by Serenity Morocco Tours, 31 Rue 110, Hay Moulay Abdellah, Casablanca 20000, Morocco. "We", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to Casablanca Airport Transfers, operated by Serenity Morocco Tours.
2. Booking, payment and cancellation
Bookings are operated by Serenity Morocco Tours. Payment, deposit, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Serenity Morocco Tours' booking terms. Full booking terms: serenitymoroccotours.com/booking-terms.
3. Travel documents & insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for entry to Morocco. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, cancellation and personal property is required for desert, helicopter and trekking itineraries.
4. Our liability
We act in good faith as the operator of your trip and contracts directly with all suppliers (drivers, riads, camps, guides). Our liability is capped at the total trip cost paid to us. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by force majeure, third-party airlines, or the wilful act of any traveller.
5. Conduct & responsibility
You agree to behave with reasonable respect for local customs, staff and other travellers. We reserve the right to end a trip in cases of illegal activity or abusive conduct toward our staff or suppliers.
6. Complaints
Issues are easiest to resolve in real time — please WhatsApp us during your trip. Formal complaints should be submitted within 28 days of return. Send them to info@serenitymoroccotours.com.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
