Is there a train from Casablanca to Agadir?
No. Marrakech station is the southern end of the Moroccan rail network. ONCF's bus subsidiary, Supratours, links Marrakech with Agadir, leaving from its terminal next to Marrakech station: according to Seat61, roughly every hour, about 3 h 30, for about 110 MAD. Any ONCF station sells a combined train-and-bus ticket to Agadir via Marrakech (ask for a billet rail et route).
